Flourish coaching
About Me
Welcome!
I’m so glad you’re here.
This space was created to support, uplift, and guide those navigating life with ADHD or chronic challenges. If you’re looking for clarity, encouragement, and a fresh start, you’re in the right place.
I invite you to learn a little more about my story, and how I can walk alongside you on yours.
Hi! I’m Arlen Gruszczynski, CERTIFIED ADHD Life Coach
and this is my story.
I came to Life Coaching as a second career, after over 20 years working in Costume Design, a profession I truly loved. But after a traumatic health event that turned into chronic illness, I had to face a hard truth: I could no longer keep up with the physical demands of my work.
Accepting my new limitations was not easy. I had to grieve the future I had imagined for myself. But at the same time, it was the beginning of something new. When I allowed myself to explore other paths, I found a direction that felt not only right, but deeply meaningful.
It didn’t happen overnight. I researched, reflected, and eventually trained as an Certified ADHD Life Coach through the iACT Center. Today, I support people who, like me, are ready to move forward in life with authenticity, self-compassion, and purpose.
I know what it’s like to live with neurodivergence. ADHD is woven through many parts of my life, and I understand how overwhelming its challenges can be. That’s why I chose this path: to offer real, human support to others navigating it too.
I truly believe it’s never too late to move toward the life you want. Healing doesn’t always mean going back to who you were; sometimes it means growing into a stronger, wiser, and more authentic version of yourself.
My coaching approach is grounded in empathy and shaped by personal experience. I don’t speak from theory, I speak from having walked this road myself. And I believe, with all my heart, in your ability to rebuild, reconnect, and flourish.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to start, I’m here to walk with you, with respect, deep listening, and genuine encouragement.
You don’t have to do this alone. And you don’t need to have all the answers. There is powerful transformation in beginning again.
